Fee estimator (per year or semester)?

I made a post about tuition fees recently and after contacting admissions I was told that the listing for fall 2024 will be out. I used the fee estimator and got this

I’m an international student and applied to do BSc CS (the Software engineering stream)

Now, the cost from the screenshot is it per semester or per year? Trying to figure it out
